WE'RE ALMOST PACKED AND READY TO GO!
OH BOY! What a whirl wind this has been. It sure isn't like going to Disney World. I have been packing and unpacking and repacking. We have to make sure that we are within the weight requirement with in country. China only lets you have one checked in bag per person and one carry on (not even a purse or laptop, one bag!). Your checked bag can't weigh more that 44 pounds and your checked in bag can't weigh more that 11 pounds. Talk about STRESS! That means that we are packing for three people and only have two bags total checked. We have to pack everything for Emma, myself and Erik all in two bags. WE DID IT! YEAH! A lot of our BTDT friends said not to worry so much about the carry on weight. That took a lot of pressure off me. Thank you Susan and Hope!
I can't believe in little less then 48 hours we will be on our way to Emma. HOLY COW!
